Musingu Quakers Education Centre
A much-needed Primary School was started by the chair of one of the widows’ groups supported by Green Olive Trust. Children who would be unable to attend primary school could go to this little local school.

But in 2019 the school was at risk of being closed by government inspectors because of the dilapidated state of the school buildings. Green Olive Trust helped find the funds to renovate the school and work started very quickly.
The children celebrated when the six new classrooms were opened just before the Covid-19 lockdown. Under its new name Musingu Quakers Education Centre there is now a waiting list for new admissions.
